LEGAL NOTICE

§ 1 Subject of the Agreement

Angel Success Consulting provides professional coaching services aimed at empowering

entrepreneurs in various industries. The program offers participants tools, knowledge, and

networking opportunities to support success in their careers and businesses. The services include

access to various online courses, interactive live sessions, and exclusive events. These services are

governed by UAE commercial regulations and do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.

§ 2 Contract Conclusion and Purchase

This contract is considered valid once both parties confirm receipt of the signed agreement, or when

a purchase is made through the website www.angelsuccess.consulting or www.drmaxriewer.de or

for the member area https://www.angelsuccess.consulting/login/ or on www.drmaxriewer.com/

(AGB) is either confirmed by checking the relevant box during a purchase on Copecart, thereby

indicating agreement, or through a signed agreement. Angel Success Consulting will confirm

contract acceptance by email.

§ 3 Scope of Services

The coaching program offered by Angel Success Consulting includes access to various courses and

services, which vary depending on the specific course chosen. Detailed descriptions of the course

programs, content, and services offered for each course are provided on the website

www.angelsuccess.consulting and on partner platforms such as Digistore, Copecart, and Ziina.

These descriptions are binding and form the basis of the contractual content. Any changes to the

scope of services for individual courses will be updated on these platforms and communicated to

participants.

1. Course Programs: Participants have access to various course programs covering topics like

business development, self-management, industry trends, customer engagement, and more.

Each course program is individually structured and is fully detailed on the product pages of

the website and partner platforms, including learning objectives, modules, and additional

materials.

2. Individual Scope of Services: Depending on the selected course, the scope of services may

include practical exercises, worksheets, interactive live sessions with Angela Thomas and

guest experts, exclusive events, Q&A sessions, and access to the private online community.

The exact services and contents of each purchased course are detailed on the product pages

and are binding for the contract.

3. Networking and Community: Participants also benefit from a network of like-minded

individuals and industry experts accessible through a private online community. Here,

participants can network, collaborate, and exchange ideas. The specific networking and

community services are also described according to the course on the platforms and

available in the course details.

§ 4 Service Provider's Obligations

Angel Success Consulting grants participants access to all courses, materials, and live sessions

included in the membership. Regular updates and new content based on current industry trends are

also provided. Participants receive a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to access the

content solely for personal use.

§ 5 Participant Access

Each participant receives personal login credentials for Angel Success Consulting’s online platform,

allowing access to courses, materials, and live sessions. Sharing these credentials is strictly

prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of access without refund.

§ 6 Payment Terms

Angel Success Consulting offers flexible membership options, including monthly or annual

payment plans. Full payment must be made according to the selected option before access to

services is granted. In case of a monthly payment plan, timely payments must be ensured. Late

payments will incur a 10% annual interest on outstanding amounts, along with a reminder fee of

200 AED for each notice. The service provider reserves the right to engage third-party collection

agencies if necessary, with all additional costs borne by the participant.

§ 7 Data Protection

Angel Success Consulting collects and processes participants' personal data solely to administer the

program and provide relevant updates. Data will not be shared with third parties without the

participant's prior consent unless required to fulfill the contract.

§ 8 Prohibition on Solicitation Among Participants

Participants are prohibited from soliciting other Angel Success Consulting members for business

purposes, partnerships, or other ventures during or outside the program. Violations will incur a

penalty of €5,000.

§ 9 Social Media Consent

Participants agree that audio and video recordings from sessions provided by Angel Success

Consulting may be used and shared on social media platforms. Participants will not claim

compensation for such use.

§ 10 Intellectual Property and Copyright

All materials, content, and resources provided by Angel Success Consulting are the intellectual

property of the service provider. These materials are for the participant's personal use only and may

not be shared, distributed, or reproduced without explicit permission. Violations of this provision

will result in a penalty of €5,000, with further damages claimed if applicable.

§ 11 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). All disputes arising

from this contract will be settled in Dubai courts.

§ 12 Right of Withdrawal

This contract does not provide a right of withdrawal, as Angel Success Consulting services are

exclusively offered to entrepreneurs, business entities, and professionals within the UAE

commercial sector. Individuals classified as consumers or those seeking services for personal,

household, or non-commercial purposes are excluded from this contract.

§ 13 Final Provisions

1. No other side agreements exist. Changes to this agreement must be made in writing.

2. Should any provision of this agreement be or become invalid or unenforceable, the validity

of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The parties agree to replace any invalid

or unenforceable provision with one that comes closest to the intended purpose.

RECHTLICHER HINWEIS

§ 1 Vertragsgegenstand

Angel Success Consulting bietet professionelle Coaching-Dienstleistungen an, die darauf abzielen,

Unternehmer in verschiedenen Industrien zu stärken und weiterzubilden. Das Programm stellt den

Teilnehmern Werkzeuge, Wissen und Networking-Möglichkeiten zur Verfügung, um Erfolg in ihrer

Karriere und ihrem Geschäft zu unterstützen. Die Dienstleistungen umfassen Zugang zu einer

Vielzahl von Online-Kursen, interaktiven Live-Sitzungen sowie exklusiven Veranstaltungen und

unterliegen den Handelsvorschriften der VAE. Eine Garantie für bestimmte Ergebnisse oder Erfolge

wird nicht gewährt.

§ 2 Vertragsabschluss und Kauf

Der Vertrag gilt als abgeschlossen, sobald beide Parteien den Empfang des unterschriebenen

Vertrags bestätigt haben oder ein Kauf über die Webseite www.angelsuccess.consulting oder über

die Partnerplattformen Digistore, Copecart oder Ziina erfolgt ist. Die Zustimmung zu den

Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB) erfolgt entweder durch das Setzen eines Häkchens bei

einem Kauf über Copecart, wodurch die Einverständniserklärung bestätigt wird, oder durch eine

unterzeichnete Vereinbarung. Angel Success Consulting bestätigt den Vertragsabschluss per E-Mail.

§ 3 Leistungsumfang

Das Coaching-Programm von Angel Success Consulting umfasst Zugang zu verschiedenen Kursen

und Dienstleistungen, die je nach gebuchtem Kurs variieren. Die spezifischen Kursprogramme und

-inhalte sowie der jeweilige Leistungsumfang sind auf der Webseite www.angelsuccess.consulting

sowie auf den Partnerplattformen Digistore, Copecart und Ziina beschrieben. Diese Beschreibungen

sind bindend und bilden die Grundlage für den Vertragsinhalt. Änderungen des Leistungsumfangs

einzelner Kurse werden dort aktualisiert und den Teilnehmern mitgeteilt.

1. Kursprogramme: Teilnehmer erhalten Zugang zu Kursprogrammen, die Themen wie

Unternehmensentwicklung, Selbstmanagement, branchenspezifische Trends und

Kundenbindung umfassen. Die genauen Inhalte sind auf den Produktseiten der Webseite und

Plattformen, einschließlich Lernziele und Module, vollständig beschrieben.

2. Individueller Leistungsumfang: Je nach gebuchtem Kurs kann der Leistungsumfang

praktische Übungen, Arbeitsblätter, Live-Sitzungen, exklusive Events und Zugang zur

Online-Community umfassen. Der genaue Umfang ist auf den Produktseiten der Plattformen

detailliert dargestellt und bindend.

3. Netzwerk und Community: Teilnehmer profitieren zusätzlich von einem Netzwerk aus

Gleichgesinnten und Branchenexperten, zugänglich über eine private Community. Die

spezifischen Leistungen sind ebenfalls je nach Kurs beschrieben.

§ 4 Pflichten des Dienstleisters

Angel Success Consulting gewährt Zugang zu allen Kursen, Materialien und Live-Sitzungen der

Mitgliedschaft. Regelmäßige Updates und neue Inhalte werden bereitgestellt. Teilnehmer erhalten

ein nicht-übertragbares Nutzungsrecht für die Inhalte, das nur zur persönlichen Nutzung dient.

§ 5 Zugang der Teilnehmer

Jeder Teilnehmer erhält persönliche Zugangsdaten für die Online-Plattform. Die Weitergabe dieser

Zugangsdaten ist untersagt und kann zu einer sofortigen Sperrung des Zugangs ohne Rückerstattung

führen.

§ 6 Zahlungsbedingungen

Angel Success Consulting bietet monatliche und jährliche Zahlungspläne. Der volle Betrag ist vor

Zugang zu den Leistungen zu zahlen. Bei Verzug entstehen 10 % Zinsen jährlich sowie eine

Mahngebühr von 200 AED. Drittanbieter können für das Inkasso eingesetzt werden, wobei die

Kosten vom Teilnehmer getragen werden.

§ 7 Datenschutz

Personenbezogene Daten werden ausschließlich zur Vertragsabwicklung und Bereitstellung

relevanter Updates erhoben und nicht ohne Zustimmung an Dritte weitergegeben.

§ 8 Werbeverbot unter Teilnehmern

Teilnehmern ist es untersagt, andere Mitglieder für geschäftliche Zwecke anzusprechen. Verstöße

führen zu einer Vertragsstrafe von €5.000.

§ 9 Zustimmung zur Nutzung von Social Media

Die Teilnehmer erklären sich einverstanden, dass Angel Success Consulting Audio- und

Videoaufnahmen aus Sitzungen auf Social Media verwenden darf. Ansprüche auf Vergütung

bestehen nicht.

§ 10 Geistiges Eigentum und Urheberrecht

Alle Materialien sind Eigentum von Angel Success Consulting und dürfen nur für den persönlichen

Gebrauch verwendet werden. Verstöße führen zu einer Vertragsstrafe von €5.000.

§ 11 Anwendbares Recht und Gerichtsstand

Dieser Vertrag unterliegt dem Recht der VAE; Gerichtsstand ist Dubai.

§ 12 Widerrufsrecht

Da die Dienstleistungen nur für gewerbliche Nutzer im VAE-Handelssektor angeboten werden,

besteht kein Widerrufsrecht.

§ 13 Schlussbestimmungen

1. Änderungen bedürfen der Schriftform.

2. Bei Unwirksamkeit einer Bestimmung bleiben die übrigen Regelungen unberührt. Eine der

unwirksamen Bestimmung nahekommende Regelung wird vereinbart.
